At Perpay, we pride ourselves on being open and honest with our members. We are always available to answer any questions our users may have. How does Perpay work?
Perpay is a financial platform that allows members to purchase products and repay over time through easy, scheduled payments. No interest, no fees, no credit checks. Here is how it works:
Start by completing your Perpay profile. When your profile is complete you will receive an Estimated Spending Limit to use on Perpay!
Browse your favorite products on the Perpay Marketplace, add them to your cart, and submit your application for review! Our system will provide an Approved Spending Limit and a decision on your application.
Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to make payments and receive your items!
Items are shipped when we receive your first payment (usually on your next payday)!
Am I eligible to use Perpay?
To become a Perpay member, you must meet the following requirements:
Actively maintain full-time employment.
Be able to demonstrate three months of employment history with your current employer.
Access to a full copy of a recent pay stub.
The ability to set up multiple direct deposits.
Active Mobile Phone.
No active bankruptcies.
Minimum annual income of $15,000.
Be in good standing with all financial obligations.
When will my items be shipped?
After making your first payment, most items are shipped in the following 3-5 business days. For larger items (i.e. furniture or large appliances), delivery is usually made by our freight carriers within 3-4 weeks after your first payment has been made. You will receive a tracking reference number from Perpay and our freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time, usually 1-2 weeks after your first payment has been made.

Can I refer my friends to Perpay?
Absolutely! Our Perpay Referral Program, Give $50, Get $50, is a great way to earn credits towards your next order!
Invite your friends, family or co-workers using your personalized referral link and we'll send them a $50 credit to start using Perpay!
You'll get $1 in Perpay Credits when each person you referred completes registration and $50 when their first purchase ships. You can send unlimited invitations and earn unlimited credits!
Users must invite others using the instructions in the "Give $50, Get $50" section of their profile in order to receive credit for referrals.
